- Usage Data: includes information about how you use our App, such as your focus session durations, recovery scores, and streak data. This data is securely synced to our servers (hosted via Supabase) to allow cross-device progression.

- To manage our relationship with you, including notifying you about changes to our terms or privacy policy.
- To synchronize your app progress and provide you with personalized statistics (such as the Recovery Score).

You can request account deletion directly within the App settings at any time, which will remove your associated personal data from our servers.
