1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our App or Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.
2. Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service. You are responsible for safeguarding the password or login credentials that you use to access the Service.
3. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Reset and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.
4. Subscriptions and Purchases
Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis or as one-time purchases ("Premium features"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis depending on the subscription plan you select. At the end of each billing cycle, your Subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it or we cancel it through the relevant app store platform (Google Play or Apple App Store).

Reset is designed to aid in digital wellbeing and focus training. However, it is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical or psychological condition.
6. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
